Weak training and missing documentation set employees up to struggle from day one.
The biggest problem was how little real training existed for the work you were expected to handle. You were thrown into tasks with vague instructions, missing references, and zero reliable documentation to fall back on when questions came up. Instead of building a proper training path, leadership acted like confusion was a personal flaw and not the predictable result of poor onboarding. It's frustrating to be blamed for mistakes when the company never bothered to teach the process clearly in the first place.
