SC Project exhaust is hands down the best exhaust I've used on my bikes (2015 ZX10R and 2021 ZX10R). The install is super easy. Mine took 5 minutes.
The weight savings are insane going from OEM to a link pipe and CR-T, and the sound....holy **** the growl...no ROAR is amazing. You can't help but smile ear to ear when your bike starts up. The crackle when you let off the throttle at high rpm is the sound we all want and strive for.
Their customer service is top notch. I had a couple questions, shot them an email and got a response very quickly. Shoutout to Jacob for being super helpful and responsive. He made the purchasing process very easy and streamlined for my specific situation. 10/10 would recommend to everyone. #TeamSC-Project

Your Website is JACKED UP-Please FIX it.
I’ve made at least two or three $1,000 to $2,000 purchases (exhausts) and a handful of smaller purchases from motivationusa. I think they have a decent offering of parts and everything I’ve received is top quality and was shipped to me extremely fast. I’m giving them two stars because of their stupid website. It just doesn’t work right. When purchasing my SC project exhaust last week (Feb 2026), I had to attempt the checkout process at LEAST 30 different times. Every time I entered all of my card, address, etc., and hit purchase, the site just kept throwing up error after message. Not once was there even an attempt to process the transaction thru my bank.
Somewhere in the middle of this frustration, I called the customer service line and while it was nice that a human answered right away, he literally couldn’t do a damn thing for me. I’d tried all five different debit and credit cards I have and the issue was not my accounts. The website just kept returning a variety of error messages like “error gateway, error fraud, error token…” This hasn't happen to me on any other website, at least in the last decade of my memory. Clearly, this wasn’t fraud… and the customer service guy who answered the phone said yeah I can see your transactions being blocked, but I don’t know why and that this has happened before.
Unfortunately, the only advice or help he could provide was; you might just need to clear your cache (doesn’t help), try a different card (I’d already tried 5 cards I own, all with more than the $$ to make the purchase), find a different WiFi address to connect to (why, just why??), or pay by PayPal. I hate PayPal, and I’m not opening a PayPal account just to make a single purchase that SHOULDN’T BE THIS HARD to make with one of my many debit or credit cards that are already in my hand!
Despite begrudgingly having to call to talk to an actual human, with that, I at least expected him to be able to process my transaction over the phone, but nope, he can’t help with that either and apparently he can’t help with calling anyone it to fix this ongoing problem.
Then maybe eight hours later, I tried again around midnight and it just worked. No rhyme or reason behind it.
Unfortunately, in the past 24 hours, I decided I would purchase a new tail tidy as well and use the $40 points I earned from my last purchase but I’m going through this whole thing again. Millions of other websites do this perfectly fine, so it’s highly doubtful this is some complex issue.
I don’t know how much it costs to hire an IT person, but if you have one on staff now, maybe get him to do a better job. Or fire him 🤷🏻♀️ and get someone who can fix this. Thank you. Rachel

Awful customer service selling products that don't work
I was sold parts that did not work and the store refused to accept back for refund despite providing ample evidence of the fault and being within 30days. The parts they sold me had me riding around with my brake lights permanently ON!
