I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience today\. I had exactly **£300 in my account** and played **£51** on Scrooge Megaways\. I hit the **bonus**, and then the game suddenly crashed\. I was told to restart the game, so I did\. I even tried using a **different device**, but the issue still wasn’t resolved, I was jumping between the two devices trying to get the game working, and at that point I started feeling uncomfortable about the whole situation\. I genuinely had a feeling that my account might be blocked or restricted because I was accessing it from two devices, so I **quickly cashed out my remaining balance because I no longer trusted the situation**\. Whether that would actually have happened or not, that was how the experience made me fee To make matters worse, **there wasn’t even any gesture of goodwill offered** — no free spins, no bonus, nothing to acknowledge the inconvenience or frustration caused by the game crashing\. The customer service was also extremely disappointing\. **Martina, who assisted me, was very unhelpful\.** I expected someone to listen and properly assist me, but the way I was spoken to made an already frustrating situation even worse\. I don’t normally leave reviews — **I only write reviews when I’ve had a genuinely bad experience** — and unfortunately, this was one of those occasions\. Very poor experience overall\. After what happened today, I simply don’t feel comfortable trusting the service . so happy it was only £51. I cashed my 249. I will not be using any Casino from skills on the net avoid even though my biggest win was roof skills on the net that was Genting Casino but this casino has done a sneaky and I’m Not on it
