Quick, simple, easy to deal with and excellent customer service. What’s not to like? Good rates too…
I came across this via a marketing email based on me having a Morrisons More card. Morrisons More members get preferential currency rates apparently. Whether we really do, who knows and after my experience, who cares. It was really easy to buy currency, an easy and clear process and the exchange rate looked reasonable. No commission, so it’s obviously buried in the rate, but still competitive. However, I realised that I’d ordered cash to be delivered on Friday, when I will be unavailable to sign for it. Totally my mistake, I’d forgotten a prior engagement. I went on-line to see what could be done. I clicked the online chat, hoping for a solution, expecting an AI chatbot. Now, if it’s an AI chatbot, then it’s a very good one, if it’s a real person, then they were a very good one. Said they could assist and within a couple of messages to clarify my order number mainly, it was all done. I could have chosen to collect or have it delivered, but the standout was the customer service I received from the online chat. I felt a bit of a fool for picking the wrong date, but it was so easy to change that it was all good. Will definitely use them again - quick, simple and easy to deal with. Very impressed.
