Thank you for your kind words and positive feedback! I appreciate your business and are happy to have provided a great experience.
I placed an order for a discontinued Mary Kay item. when it was ready to ship, I got an email that the item color in the box did not match what the box indicated. So, my order was cancelled, and I received a refund immediately. I am very impressed with your service. Thank you for being so conscientious .

Thank you for taking the time to share your review. Customer service is a top priority for me, and I always strive to ensure everything runs smoothly. However, as you know, things don’t always go as planned. It’s never easy informing a customer when something isn’t right, especially since not everyone is as understanding as you. I take great pride in More4less and believe that providing excellent service includes taking ownership when issues arise and addressing them promptly. I’m grateful I caught this mistake before sending the product out. Since I started selling cosmetics, I’ve realized just how many colors and shades exist, and it’s clear how easily packaging errors can happen. With time and experience, I’m improving with every order! I can finally distinguish between a lip liner and a colored pencil—though that was definitely a challenging phase. Thank you again for sharing your experience. Your feedback means a lot to me! - Chad
My wine glass order was quite reasonably priced. Product shipped when promised and arrived in perfect condition. And there were little surprises enclosed. I was like opening Jack in the Box and finding a gift! Thank you.

Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! It means a lot to hear that you enjoyed not only your new wine glasses but also the little surprises in your order. I'm delighted that your package arrived on time and in perfect condition. Your kind words truly encourage me to keep providing special experiences for my customers. Cheers, and we look forward to serving you again! Chad

This is fantastic! The random gifts are always a bit of a gamble, but I enjoy having extras to share. I’ve developed a better sense of what works with repeat customers, though new orders are always a complete guess. If only we lived in a world where people weren’t so easily offended—I’ve come across an amazing variety of unique items I’d love to give away. Thanks for the review! - Chad
The doll came in excellent condition, there was barely any damage to the packaging and it even came with some bonus goodies, which I wasn't expecting! The seller is very nice and I would buy from this store again in the future!

Thank you for the wonderful review! I'm thrilled to hear that USPS delivered the doll safely and without damage. Maybe I should start adding a tag to my packages saying, “Annabell is inside—handle with care!” Just kidding. I look forward to having you as a returning customer!

Thanks for the review! I always strive to be prompt with communication. For the fastest response, I recommend texting, as emails can occasionally end up in spam folders. As you know, I make every effort to return calls, but please make sure to leave a voicemail. We all dislike spam calls, and you can only imagine how many I receive with my phone number displayed across my website. Honestly, you'd think I was a car salesman with all the supposed warranties expiring on cars I don’t even own! It was a plesure working with you and looking foward to doing again.
