Fake Mopar Circus .
This site is a full‑blown circus pretending to be a parts store — they turned a $53 thermostat into $85, tried to slap $380+ shipping on tiny items, and the whole operation feels like a fake Mopar cosplay run by discount‑rack clowns who think customers can’t count.” Stay away from them ……… I didn’t complete the purchase because your checkout tried to charge me a $343.50 ‘hazardous material fee’ on a $94 order. That is my experience. I don’t need to finalize a scammy transaction to recognize one. I also have a screenshot of your checkout total showing the $456.55 final amount — unfortunately Trustpilot doesn’t allow attaching images in this step. On top of that, your website marked the transmission filter itself as a hazmat item requiring extra shipping costs. I can understand a hazmat fee for transmission fluid — but for a filter? So according to your system, for 5 quarts of ATF+4 and one filter, I’m supposed to pay more in ‘hazmat fees’ than the entire cost of the products. I’m not an idiot, and this is exactly why I refused to complete the order. And regarding your claim that I “never contacted customer service”: I called your number five separate times. Every single time I got nothing but an answering machine. You say your phone support is available from 12 PM to 4 PM — I called at 12. Still just voicemail. If your phone never gets answered, that’s not my dishonesty — that’s your customer service. This is a legitimate customer experience: I attempted to buy, your system added unreasonable fees, your phone support never answered, and I walked away. That’s the whole point of a review.”**
