I’ve seen the reviews and customer service was often a complaint. That being said, I had an absolutely amazing experience with a defective monolith subwoofer. It’s been four years since I purchased our Monolith 12, but it started to make a “hum”. Their tech team immediately identified the amp, but since I had the version 1, they offered to replace the entire subwoofer. Finding a box for a huge subwoofer was difficult, so they let me purchase a new subwoofer, get it shipped, then put the bad subwoofer in the same box. Once they received it, I received a refund! Joseph was the one I dealt with on the phone and he was very empathetic and helpful. Thank you, Monoprice!

After dealing with a faulty pair of headphones on 2 occasions, I can honestly say the customer support and return policy is 10/10. The process was quick and painless, even better than the other huge tech brands.

I bought a guitar that turned out to be faulty. The customer support was excellent. Immediate response, simple return procedure and no quibble refund. Very impressive, especially for such a big international company. I will certainly buy from them again.

I bought a MP-10 Mini about a month ago. With the EXTRA 15% discount I think I only paid $120! Bought the Black 1KG PLA+ plus filament for I think another $8.99. For $140 dollars shipped to you for free, with the filament, you can't go wrong with this as a starter 3D printer. I'll admit, and I am pretty knowledgeable technically, but it isn't the easiest to put together. It's only supposed to have three parts, but the instructions are missing a few key elements. Unless your 10 year old is super smart, make sure you're intelligent enough to help them figure it out. My subsequent orders have arrived with zero issues, often a day before, and have been perfectly packed. I have a couple more packages on the way now, since they seem extremely reputable to me. We will see if I have any issues, but I expect not. By the way, the Monoprice PLA+ works GREAT with the MP-10 mini! 65c for the bed, 225 for the plastic.
