Delivery was quick and packaging was good. However, 18 cm mattress didn't raise up to 18 cm (raised approximately 16~17 cm) after waiting one week. My weight is 80 kg. When I sleep, mattress sink down. It is not firm enough.

In error I ordered 2 beds. I don't believe I really ordered the 1st one. Had in cart, when I noticed it was out of stock, I backed out of the site. I received a shipping notice on the bed I received. Did not receive notice on the 2nd bed, but, it arrived, no shipping notice. After multi emails, your company said you bought them, to bad, with no options of how I might resolve a return. It is a shame, because it is a nice bed, however, I would never deal with your company again, nor recommend you to anyone.

I purchased a bundle deal full-size mattress +full-size bed frame I did not receive the full-size bed frame I did receive the mattress. I haven’t even open the mattress yet no point until I get my bed frame. Still waiting on there response

Well I was hoping it would have been little softer and I bought a 14 inch and I received a 12 inch so little upset

12/16 EDIT, down to 2: So I've left the pieces out not with the cover on to hopefully allow them to expand to 6", and today is 2 days short of 2 weeks. I finally put the cover on and noticed another flaw: the dimensions are too small to even be able to accommodate 6", as all 3 are 5" or 5.5", and each part of the cover is already super tight to zip them in. TAKE NOTES, Molblly! Make corrections to both the foam pieces and cover. 12/14 EDIT, from 1 to 3: A rep did contact via email and offered reasonable compensation after discussion over a couple days, which I really appreciate. But, I would really like to be able to give or update to 5 stars in the future if they can improve on mattress thickness as promised in product description to all customers. Why is it so hard to find a phone number for customer support, and when found hidden on the Refund Policy page the call never goes through and just beeps (no option for voicemail or anything)? I purchased one of the 6-inch foldable mattresses, and 2 sections rose to 5 in and the 3rd to 5.5 in. I sent an email to support and haven't heard anything yet. Please increase customer service quality as it is lacking.

I got the Firm one because my spine surgeon recommended it but it was like sleeping on cement. BAD. Sorry!

I was never directed to the suggestion questionnaire to select a bed type. As a result I have too firm of a matress which is uncomfortable. I'm having to order an additional foam cover to help. Then, I emailed 5 times to report that the bed frame never arrived, I didn't receive an answer for 4 days! The bed frame showed up 5 days after the mattress arrive. The tracking numbers were jumbled and I was unable to see what happened. The frame is an amazing engineering feat, well done on that. The rest is exasperating.
