Salary payments are consistently delayed, with no fixed payout schedule. Following up about unpaid wages is often met with a negative response from the CEO, and employees may fear being removed from the company for asking. Payment dates appear to depend solely on the CEO’s discretion and the company’s available budget, rather than a predictable payroll schedule.

It’s officially been two years since I started at Moe’s Group, and it’s been so rewarding to see how much we’ve grown. Moe is a great boss—always encouraging, supportive, and genuinely optimistic. He really focuses on helping us level up our skills and expertise so we can deliver the best results for our clients. It’s a great culture to be part of, and honestly, seeing our clients succeed is the best part of the job. Grateful to be part of a team where there's always room to grow and excel!
