I initially received a pair that had a tear. I emailed about it and was promptly sent a new pair. The new pair was extremely comfortable and came as expected.

the customer service team really helped me to be able to receive my order, without them quickly contacting my prior doctor i wouldn’t of been able to ever get them. i haven’t tried the contacts yet but once i do i will review those as well! delivery was super quick!

The contacts were great! And I think the case that came with them are sooo cute! They also came so fast, which was perfect because I needed them for a cosplay I was doing for a convention.
