This company literally stole $247.90
This company literally stole $247.90. Tried twice to use machine gave receipts stating transactions had been cancelled. Receipt shows Anount dispensed $0.00. Immediately checked bank app..shows that $247.90 was removed from our account. Immediately call the number in the receipt and spoke with Jason. He said the money would be returned over night and/ or the charges would drop off since zero money was given. This was Friday May 8, 2026. It is now Tuesday and no one from this company answers the phone at all!!!!! Hard lesson learned!!!! Now trying to recoup from our bank and have been advised to press criminal charges for theft.

Hello Cindy Apologies for your experience with our kiosk. Please call us at 1-888-414-6866 x1 for further assistance. We are staffed 24hrs/day but sometimes we do experience high call volume, so if you do not reach anyone please make sure to leave a message, we return calls in the order they received just as soon as possible. For your specific transaction, it does appear to show declined on our end. Normally if declined on our end but shows in your account, that would be a pending charge that should fall off automatically on the following business day. Since this was a Friday, that would be Monday when you should see the temporary hold release. If for any reason it did "settle" to your account we would then recommend filing a dispute with your bank as we again show the charge was declined on our end.
