Great sales help.

The agent my wife worked with was extraordinary, well trained, polite and very product knowledgeable. Although we had to ultimately place the user of your device back in an assisted living facility and cancel your product, it was a very pleasurable experience from the purchase process to the return process. I would highly recommend your product, Samuel and Willie were the agents we dealt with.

Scott, the representative was polite, honest, did an extensive assessment of what I needed, presented the different plans & also pointed out what is different, and better, than the other emergency notification systems...no contract was a big plus. Not having to buy the equipment was a huge plus....He was upbeat, answered all my questions & helped me pick a plan I could afford that would still address safety concerns.
