My initial call to Stuart Hershey was extremely help. He explained everything very clearly, went through the different options for service because I knew nothing about medical alert systems. After that initial call, I made a call with the person who will be using the equipment. My friend is 90 years old and English is not her first language so things have to be explained to her very slowly. Stuart was amazing with her over the phone. We both felt very much at ease with him. Your product sounds amazing and we cannot wait to receive the machine and start using it.

Paula was wonderful!! Made it so easy. She is very knowledgeable about the plan and equipment. I really feel comfortable that my family is in great hands.

The agent,Richard, was great. We had problems with my debit card but he never gave up. It's nice to know that there isn't any contract. It makes it easier on me.
