MobileHelpReviews of mobilehelp.com

David Noel, your rep, was excellent!! Top notch costumer service. So very helpful and professional! Thank you, Mr. Noel!

MobileHelp does just what it said it would do. It’s easy to set up and use. I especially appreciate the FallAlert feature because my husband is deaf and does not hear me when I’ve fallen.

representative was very helpful and kind. made the decision very easy for me.

Matthew was very thorough and knowledgeable; answered my concerns. Provided the information I needed to make final decision.

Stewart Hershey was the only sales representative that asked if mother had a pacemaker. That makes a difference in what systems the user can wear. He was patient and listened to and answered all our questions. He was not pushy. And he did not read a "script" to me.

Friendly and informative service

The personnel was friendly and knowledgeable and the unit very easy to set up. However, the monitor was a little larger than I anticipated, and when its on the charger at night you will not have any trouble finding it.

Richard was very accurate in his description of the service and what each device service would look like. He was very easy to work with and made sure to answer any question or concern I had. I’m sure my mom is going to feel very secure with her new alert device.
