When botton was pushed, response time was quick and sent alerts to family.

So far my motherinlaw continues to hit the button by accident, but the team is alert and so immediately responsive - and I immediately get a text alert, which is so comforting you have no idea - staff are always so nice and understanding - great experience so far!!!

Have not had a fall but every time I bend over to far it said fall detected

I was able to set up my mobile help device with no problem due to the experienced people that helped me. I made a few subsequent calls to customer service, and all my questions were immediately answered

Sign up was easy (a little more expensive than advertised though). I get timely alerts. Customer Service seems nice the one time I called them. My dad's power was out for 4 days and the device ran out of power. No check in from customer service on if things are ok, but I suppose that's fine.

Easy to compare and great pricing. Good to have some piece of mind with this service if mom falls.

I called initially to cancel my account without knowing my options. Thankfully it was all explained to me and I was able to find that exactly what I needed was indeed offered by the company. I am so grateful for the help given to me. Thanks to each who cared.
