Very easy to work with customer service in setting up the plan. Equipment arrived and its set up and testing was self-explanatory! F do urging use my Mom pressed the help button by accident. I received a text message immediately and proceeded to start calling her. Since she wasn’t wearing her hearing aids, she did not hear my calls or the base unit trying to contact her! As prescribed EMS was dispatched to her place. The lockbox code was seamlessly passed to the paramedics so they could gain access to her place. Once inside, she was found sleeping with no problems. Even though it was a false alarm the system performed flawlessly!
