Nathan and Paula were extremely helpful as we determined our needs for a system that was a best fit for us. The micro is comprehensive and economical, offering both fall detection and gps capabilities.

Wife woke up gasping for air. Could barely utter a word. No one at home. Used MobileHelp button and was almost instantly connected to someone who could help. They called local emergency services who arrived in about 5 minutes after being called and got her on Oxygen. MobileHelp notified me at work immediately. Ambulance ride to hospital with pneumonia. Excellent Service. I am now completely confident and secure we have made the right choice in using Mobile Help.
