Your staff is always so helpful and considerate. When I called about her pendant battery being low, they had already sent out a new one. A pleasant experience in these times.

Order came at a timely delivery.

While in car at mailbox and wearing my button I accidentally bumped it. We thought I cancelled it but I guess not. When we got to the house the phone rang and it was our son-in-law asking if we needed help as they had received a call from you saying I needed help, them the next door neighbor opened our door and asked if we needed help. A friend of hers and ours had heard the ambulance dispatch to our home and she was on the phone with our neighbor and told her about it. We then called 911 dispatch and cancelled the call as I was fine. We found out that it works that far from our home and I sure can get help if needed. Thank you very much.

My Mom has had Mobile Help for a few years now. They have great customer service. She unfortunately has had to use it a few times. Their communication is top notch.

Whenever I need you, you are there. If I happen to press the button while sitting or bending by mistake, you have added an option to let you know that. That addition is very helpful.
