Notification when battery was low; sent replacement unit; very helpful with new setup and various other questions.

They respond right away. We are notified when the power is out. They are polite and courteous.

I wasn't expecting a new unit when I reported a problem, but he was quick to figure out I needed one, and sent one out right away with a return label to return the old one. Super service! Thanks!

Feel safe using your equipment. Contacted immediately when I press button. I have sent equipment through washer. You immediately send new equipment free of charge. Happened a few months ago.

Everything went as promised, delivery, set up and customer service availability. Paula is an excellent rep.

Response time was always good and teams were attentive to my concerns and why they had theirs

I always get to speak with a real person instead of a recording. I was trying to do a test and every time I try I get connected with your office. They are very professional in helping me get through the test successfully. Great service and I’m glad I have it.

MobileHelp Technical Support was easy to understand and was very patient in helping with testing and setup! They also answered all of the questions we had! Great experience for help with first timers!
