Needed an ambulance to hospital for severe dizziness

MobileHelp has been everything that I hoped it would be. To renew my coverage was simple. Any questions I had at the beginning were promptly responded to. I’m into my second year of coverage and thanks to God I have not had to call MobileHelp for help during that time. I’m perfectly pleased to keep my coverage current and pray that I never need it. I’m happy you’re there if I need you. Thank you.

I called about my problem. The customer service rep listened, asked a few questions and went right to work and gave me a satisfactory resolution. I received new equipment. I love the updated equipment!

They call quickly when it appears I might be in trouble. I do think the button is too close to the surface .. It apparently was pushed while I simply sat at the computer or was washing dishes, totally out of my awareness until the phone rang.

Have not actually used this service yet, but I'm glad it's there if I need it.

My experience relates to my husband’s last days around Jan, Feb 2023. We called Mobile Help to bring my husband to the emergency hospital a couple of times. Response was great!

Politeness very helpful. Get the best answers for you when neede
