Patrick was excellent as a salesman. He was not pushy. I just called him to help me set up my system. Greeted me on the phone with a pleasant statement. He walked me through setting it up. I have not used it yet. I notice the pendant is a little heavier than I thought. The band is light and fits perfectly around my medium sized wrist. I ordered the pendant that doesn’t require a base. I needed a device my husband can talk into if he is not near a base. This was the only system that had that feature. An important feature if you can’t always use your good hand to press a button. If you are a client with use of only one hand, think what would happen if you fell on your good hand. I believe the pendant is heavier because the speaker is inside.
