So far, so good. There is a lot to digest when reading all the information received. Based on doing my due diligence about this company, I'm hopeful that their product and service is as good as they claim.

The sales person I spoke with was very knowledgeable about product, he answered all my questions about what would be good for 88yo mom who wants to live alone. Did not feel pressured at all. He made the decision and process very easy. Product also arrived in two days.

Set up was very easy. Just wish the fall detection necklace did not need to be charged Daily

Lisa was our customer service rep. She was confident and patient with us. Did not push or hurry us to make a decision. She clearly explained all the details about each option. Enjoyed talking with her, not often said about telephone sales calls. She also spoke English very well, so glad it was not a call center in India.
