Great explanation of product & services

My call to MobileHelp was an inquiry of available services for my 90+ age parents that are still living at home. Bill and I discussed my concerns and my parents living conditions that included dementia issues for my father. He answered and brainstormed recommended solutions that look like a great fit. No pressure, just experienced recommendations and plans. I ordered and getting this set up.

Mark was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!!! My sister Judy and I called to find out about Mobile Help as part of "interviewing" several providers in a search for a medical alert pendant. Mark explained in detail how the Mobile Help pendant worked, all the pricing plans, and other features that were important to learn about. He answered multiple questions for us and then answered more for me an hour later when I called him back. We liked him so much that we asked specifically to be transferred to him when we had decided on Mobile Help as our provider. Once again, he was thorough in explaining the set up process and efficient in getting us signed up. In addition to being technically competent, he has a very pleasing personality and we enjoyed talking with him. Judy and I had investigated other providers, but Mark "wow'ed" us! Of course, we were impressed with the pendant, but his knowledge and personality went a long way in helping us decide. It was Mobile Help, hands down, because of Mark!!! Please note that I had no intention of going with Mobile Help since I have had a medical alert pendant with another provider for many years. Granted, Mobile Help is a bit cheaper, but MARK'S SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE really convinced me that I needed to sign on with Mobile Help also! So here I am - one of your new customers along with my sister Judy! Thank you! I look forward to being a client with you for many years to come. MARK IS THE BEST!
