I was looking at medical devices and talked to Paula Briggs. She was very thorough and professional. Later I called what I thought was a different company( One Alert). The man I talked to then was very RUDE. I tried to tell him I wanted to give my business to Paula. He would not accept that answer and persisted that I let him take my order. This is very unprofessional.

This company is very responsive to any requests for help or assistance with issues. They willingly replaced my wrist alarm button when the previous one came apart. My husband fell once and they picked up on it immediately and EMS arrived soon!

Always helpful. If we accidentally hit the help button (falls on the floor or something lands on the button) the staff is always understanding. Most of the time, they are prompt to answer the call button.
