The customer service has been helpful but my fall button has gone off when I was sitting still.

Multiple salesmen called. Most were patient and helpful, especially Mark who explained everything in detail with clarity. Creating an account on the web site was problematic and frustrating. I had to call tech support in order to to be allowed to establish an account. It would be really helpful if there was a dedicated support person for setting things up. Installation and testing of the main unit, bracelet and wall button went smoothly. Overall, I'm pleased with the choice that I made and hopefully, it will be a waste of money (no falls, etc.).

Very easy to deal with and also patient with my questions and concerns. I do wish the unit I wear daily were more attractive since I now know it is to be worn on the outside.

The whole process was tedious. I had difficulty getting any information online as theu did not want to share prices online. Once I spoke with the sales person. Everything was much better and he was very polite.
