i waited a very short time for a representative. He was extremely courteous and patient. When I advised him that I liked his suggestions and told him I would think about it and get back to him Friday. Instead of giving me a hard sell to buy it now, he understood my reasoning for waiting. I then decided to buy the plan immediately.
