When I originally called I spoke with Matthew. He was very polite, calm and informative. It took me a few days to get back in touch with him, due to waiting on other family members to be in agreement on providing our mother with the service and his day off. I received follow-up calls from Matthew in that time gap. Once I was ready to move forward he was there being helpful in the start up process. It went very smooth and I appreciate that he never made me feel rushed.
