Excellent experience.

I wanted a simple, easy-to-use medical alert device for my dad. I was frustrated that, on the website, there was not a lot of information available, and I was required to call the company before I even knew if I was interested or not. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service I received. They explained everything clearly and patiently, and it was very low-pressure. I purchased the Micro-System and payed the annual fee to receive the various discounts. They offer expedited shipping, so I am eager to receive the device in just two days.

Purchase: excellent experience. Samantha was very good at assessing the needs of the customer and recommending the appropriate product based on those needs. System Setup: excellent experience. System is MobileHelp Classic cellular service with base unit, pendant and wristband (both with fall detection), as well as a wall button and lockbox. Simple to setup. System Operation: excellent experience. All buttons work as expected. Customer actually dropped pendant accidentally and it triggered the fall detection alert.

This is our first experience with an alert system. Mark idd a very thorough job of explaining the MobileHelp system to us.
