I tried a few years ago to get my sister on an alert system. When she found out that I was paying she cancelled. Well on June 29 she fell at midnight when she walked her dog in back yard and broke hip and femur. layed for 8 hours because her one that she now has is hanging in her bedroom. So I decided that I do not want that to happen and ordered the best from your MobileHelp. Mathew was very patient and helpful with me
