right now as I just purchase the device. ..I am wearing it everyday. I feel secured with it on. this is a new experience for me to wear it. the only thing I am concerned about it I accidentily hit it unintentionally .. I know I should hold it for 5 seconds and call out cancel , false alarm and the device will stop. that is all I can say about this at the present time,

Nothing beats professional customer service! Very pleased with Claire, the customer service rep! She was informative, courteous, and good at building rapport. Often times, customer service representatives are just doing the job in a perfunctory manner. Like when the worker at the drive through avoids eye contact or doesn't smile. Make me wish I'd spent my money elsewhere. She was the polar opposite, and I felt good at the end of the call.

The sales person was well versed and very helpful.
