I sent an email to Miricle Ear Customer Service asking to remove my address from solicitation to my deceased wife. Natalie Moua replied within minutes and was kind, professional and caring. She asked for my mailing address, i sent it and she again replied in minutes and said she would personally have my address removed. Awesome customer service Natilie! Thank you!

Katelin Minton admistered the hearing test. After it was completed she presented results in a professional manner that was easy to understand. After trying on a pair of hearing aids I was completely sold on them. Katelin was very professional and knowledgeable.
