Dear Customer: Thank you so much for your valuable feedback! Logan, you're absolutely right—the Carnotaurus's cloaking ability is indeed one of the coolest features in the novel. While our T-shirt can't be completely invisible, we've tried our best to capture its essence. We hope this T-shirt makes you both eye-catching and stylish. 😄 We look forward to your next visit! Sincerely, Minocustom Customer Service Team

Dear Customer: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. First of all, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and dissatisfaction you experienced with your order and customer service. This is far from the service experience we strive to provide, and I deeply regret failing to meet your expectations. I understand that you must be very disappointed that your package has not been shipped on time after waiting for more than three weeks due to recent holiday inventory pressure. This situation is unacceptable, and I will take full responsibility for this delay and the poor communication within our team. To make up for your loss, we will personally review your order and keep you updated on its status. If your order of four T-shirts ultimately cannot be shipped, please let us know how you would like to proceed—whether it's a refund, an exchange, or another solution that you deem most suitable. Furthermore, thank you for your concern about the authenticity of our reviews. We value transparency and are committed to ensuring that all feedback on the platform is genuine and reliable. If you have any specific cases or concerns you would like to share, we are happy to investigate further. Your experience is crucial to us, and we will take your feedback seriously to improve our delivery processes and customer service. We sincerely hope to regain your trust and provide you with the service you deserve. Minocustom Customer Service Team
