The renewal process was a bit of a pain because our subscription expired, and I had to jump through a few hoops to renew our subscription. I felt there should have been an option to renew when I tried to log on, but I couldn't even log on because it has expired. Once I got a hold of someone the process went a lot smoother.

As expected

Excellent software with an extensive array of modules and a very easy user interface. Would have been a 5 star if it wasn't for the price. The annual single users licence is expensive for smaller Companies.
