Poor quality stitching on shirt.
Poor quality stitching on shirt. Took 3 weeks to arrive. If I didn't email them I probably still would not have the shirt.

Dear Higgins, We're disheartened to hear about your experience and extend our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. Upon reading your review, we immediately reached out to address the issues with the stitching on your shirt and the delay in delivery. Despite our efforts to resolve the matter, we did not receive any response from you. At Milda Co, we prioritize customer satisfaction, and we're committed to resolving any issues promptly. It's our standard procedure to encourage customers to reach out to our customer service team first to address any concerns before leaving a review. However, it appears that you may be intent on leaving a permanent negative review without giving us the opportunity to assist you further. We requested images of the shirt to better understand the issue and offered a refund or replacement, but unfortunately, we did not receive any response from you. Without your cooperation, it's challenging for us to rectify the situation. Warm regards,
