I truly enjoy getting my mighty fix every month but a couple of items have been bad. I received the dish brush and was very happy until two days after use the wood had a huge crack, just as an example. I don't like paying for defective items.

For the most part I LOVE getting my mighty nest each month. Sometimes I wish there was a choice of three options or something like that because I get something I won't use or already have.

I do love Mighty Nest a lot. I love that it's all very "green" products. I love that the products are carefully vetted and curated. I love supporting the brands. I love the products themselves. I love getting a "surprise" product each shipment. It's almost five stars, but it's not perfect. The last order sat in the neighborhood near to me at a facility for 10 days (after being shipped across the US)! In total, it was 2 weeks for my order to arrive. The response I received from customer service is that it takes 6-10 business days (which technically, it had been 10 business days) and something about working with shipping carriers to be able to provide free shipping. Didn't make much sense. However, I am still a loyal customer. I just don't order stuff that I'll need anytime soon.

I've very much enjoyed Mighty Nest It has taken me a while to get comfortable with the silicon products but if they are using them, I have enough trust in their knowledge to go ahead and put my toe in the water enough to try them out, and of course I like them.

Have had no issues, just wish there was a way to preview the monthly orders, in more advance time before they are set to ship. I'd like a choice on items I'd use more vs those I'd not use.

For the most part I love the fixes. I do get a little disappointed when it is another food storage item. I hope for things like a reusable water bottle dryer, maybe there’s a biodegradable wipe to clean our reusable storage and cutlery when we’re out and about? I do have to say I use everything on the regular, so it is useful.

It has actually been a pretty good experience except for one delivery was late, very late, I had to contact the company and another delivery was something that I had ordered previously and didn't really like and then couldn't return it even though it says they do not send things that you have already ordered.

I would appreciate more cleaning tools and less storage containers/coffee cups. Love everything else!
