Buyer Beware
I purchased the TS571W gate opener and found, when I opened the box, that it does not include the battery housing enclosure. I was told by customer service that I had to purchase that separately. I went to Amazon and found out that this plastic box is $90 just to hold my 2 batteries! The box did say that the unit requires batteries and a weather-proof box but did not indicate that the box was not included. Also, I purchase one of these units last year and it came with the battery housing, so I mistakenly assumed that this one would as well. Of course, when I asked to return the opener, I was told that there is a 20% restocking fee. Again, news to me. Needless to say, this will be my LAST purchase from this company.
