Watch the advertisements for oil changes . There is a synthetic blend and a full synthetic. They make the advertisement unclear so when you go in there thinking your paying for the blend for 24.99 they slap you with the full synthetic saying that's what your car calls for. So know what your car uses before hand bec full synthetic is about 80 bucks

I was told i need a complete exhaust system and the price would be 618.00 dollars. I told the technician I would think about it. Went to a muffler shop the next day and it was a good thing I did. The only thing I needed was a muffler replacement for 160.00 dollars. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO MIDAS.

Paid for an alignment , after the work was completed they informed me that they couldn’t do the rear so my steering wheel would be off center so they would give me a discount (I think it was $20 off), and that I would have to go to the dealer for them to finish it. The dealer said they have to do it all anyway and it would cost the same either way. So now I have to pay for an alignment a second time. Contacted customer support and they said they gave me a discount so all good.. no it’s not all good . Either give me my money back or you pay the dealer to complete you 1/2 finished job.

Madison at St. Peter’s location is very rude and disrespectful. I had asked for a supervisor and she hung up the phone.

Absolutely the worst service in Midas Naples - I had my breaks and rotors changed less than two years ago and they were squeaking the entire time. The owner (Matt) told me that it would be normal for them to squeak for up to a year. Well, 1.5 years passed, I came to the store, asking to have this fixed. The technician (Daniel) was pretending that he could not find any record that I have done any work there. Only after I produced the receipt for over $500 work done, immediately he was able to pull up all my work. Miguel, the manager, was extremely condensending and patronizing, slamming his hands on the counter the moment I challenged the quality of their work. Miguel was the same on a phone, extremely combative and not trying to help. He has zero concept of customer service. When I asked to talk to the owner, Matt, as he was the one who told me that squeaking is normal for up to a year, they pretty much mocked me, refused to get me to talk to him and made me wait over an hour as he was supposed to come to the office. After an hour of waiting, Miguel tells me that Matt won't be coming and the best they can do is replace the brakes but still charge me for labor. The whole experience is extremely disappointing and discouraging. Absolutely doesn't leave one with a desire to ever come back to any Midas nor recommended to friends/family and definitely not the one in Naples. Shame on the owner for not training his staff basic customer service skills and not doing the job right the first time.

Went to Midas Orangeville in April to have all seasons put back on. While the I was advised I needed rear brakes. As vehicle had 38k kms on it I declined. Just got it back from a local garage who say rear brakes are 50% worn. Midas tried this trick in the fall when I put the winters on. got a 2nd opinion; same thing Plse take your vehicle to a different garage to get an honest opinion. This seems to be their modus operandi when they get your wheels off. Never again
