Knowing just how horrible the company is, I bet that the good reviews here are fake or exaggerated. The managers don't listen to employees who raise concerns regarding having too much workload. They'll just tell you that you can do it even though you are obviously overworked. Some of the managers also do not take responsibility for their mistakes. They will blame their shortcomings to employees to shift the blame.
