Fast and friendly. Dan is fantastic to work with. Great communication. They care about your business and stay in touch for future needs. I have been with them for many years and they have helped me and my wife with multiple business ventures. It has been a pleasure to work with such an honest company.

Thank you Kim. It has always been a pleasure to work with you and your family!
My company has worked with Merchant Direct for over five years . When I was first introduced to Dan Fiore at Merchant Direct, I was only looking for a source of merchant capital advance funding. I selected Merchant Direct and can say that I made the right choice because it provides funding and much more. At the beginning, the Merchant Direct team first reviewed my company and developed a program that fit our funding requirements. Next, Merchant Direct evaluated funding sources and developed a program that best fit our situation and long range plans. As the program moved forward, Merchant Direct continued actively working with us to manage and adapt the program in response to our business growth and changing circumstances. I believe that Merchant Direct is unique in its collaborative and consistent involvement with our business. In many ways I consider Merchant Direct to be a strategic partner who helps facilitate our growth and success. This is why I highly recommend Merchant Direct and continue to rely on its services as we move forward. together.

Russ, you have been more than just a business relationship but have become a friend to us. Thank you so much for the amazing review. We look forward to years of business revenue growth and friendship together.
Customer Service - individual attention - an understanding of this type of loan business - to help the layperson understand, to be empathetic - be respectful - its important to understand the needs of the small and large businesses and is always available when needed. the date below does not reflect all the years we have had a relationship.

Olivia, You have been a valued client and friend/family member to our team here at Merchant Direct. It has been an honor and pleasure to get to know you and your family and to continue help provide the capital you guys need to help grow your company and to reach new heights.
Due to the situation at the time, it was very difficult to get funding. Merchant Direct took a chance, believed in me and funded what I needed. On one occasion I could not make the weekly payment, I asked and they allowed me to skip a week. I was able to stay on schedule after that hiccup, and paid them off. They were good to work with.
