MEGEM makes one object. A stone bath mat, pressed from diatomaceous earth into a single clean surface. It absorbs water the moment you step onto it, and it dries on its own within seconds. There is nothing to launder, nothing to wring out, and nothing that turns soft or sour over time. The stone stays what it is.We built MEGEM for people who want less in the bathroom, chosen more carefully. One product, made well, in place of a stack of cotton mats that never quite dry. It comes in two finishes. Alpine Chalk is a pale mineral surface for bright rooms, light tile, and brushed nickel. Summit Basalt is a darker stone for walnut, matte black, and unlacquered brass. Both are the same price, and shipping within the United States is free.MEGEM is an online brand based in Joplin, Missouri. We sell directly, we keep our messages few, and we would rather earn a quiet reputation than a loud one. If you own one of our mats and something is not right, we want to hear about it. Your honest review helps the next person decide with confidence.

The shipping time was quick, the packaging was so lovely and elevated, and the mat was just as beautiful as the pictures. We are so happy to have this and be using this instead of our previous yucky bath mat! Highly recommend

I absolutely love this bath mat! It looks beautiful in my bathroom. I’m especially impressed with how quickly it dries—it is instantly dry after stepping out of the shower, which is perfect for keeping the bathroom feeling fresh. The packaging was also beautiful and very luxurious, almost like opening a high-end gift. The quality and attention to detail really stood out. Highly recommend it!

From the beautiful packaging to the actual product, the bath mat/stone has been a perfect addition to the house! It is sleek and designed with functionality and aesthetic in mind. It quickly absorbs water drops and splashes from the shower or bath. It has a thin mat to go under it, so that it does not slip or slide and allows the stone to "breathe." It came with easy to understand instructions and a small piece of sandpaper to give it "fresh life" after long term use. Also, the color goes well with any color palate.

Really impressed with the quality of this bathmat. It has a very high-end, premium look and feel, especially considering the price point. It looks amazing in our bathroom. It feels like something that will hold up extremely well over time, and we’re looking forward to using it for years to come.

I had a really great experience with MEGEM. I was a little hesitant at first because there are so many stone bath mats out there, but I’m very happy I chose this one. The quality is excellent, it looks beautiful in our bathroom, and it actually works as well as advertised. The customer service was also great and very helpful. Overall, a great product and a great company.
