Very friendly and efficient.

Staff (Sabrina and Jay) were more than accomodating from airport pick-up to drop-off. This is a new RAC business, so the volume is low and you get in/out really fast. Vehicle was great; just what we needed. I just wish I could have gotten a reimbursement on my non-refundable reservation, since we delayed the changed the arrival date by three days.

They provided a great car, great customer service and were a very fair price. I would not hesitate to use them again!

The rental car gave me the necessary information and attention was a great experience.

Fast shuttle pickup. After we arrived it took least than 15 minutes to get our rental. Easy drop off and return shuttle to the airport. We visit Charlotte often, we will definitely be using them next time.
