Medical Billing That Pays You What You've EarnedEvery denied claim, aging receivable, and coding error represents revenue you worked for but never received. Medtransic exists to fix that.Medtransic is a full-service medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) company serving more than 100 physician practices across the United States. From solo practitioners to multi-provider groups, we manage the entire billing lifecycle so physicians can focus on patients instead of paperwork. What we doOur services cover every stage of the revenue cycle: medical billing and claims submission, denial management, accounts receivable (AR) recovery, eligibility verification, prior authorization, and provider credentialing through Medtransic Credentia. We also help practices modernize their online presence with professional web design and development. Why practices choose MedtransicWe don't just process claims — we chase every dollar. Denials get worked, not written off. Aging AR gets recovered, not forgotten. Credentialing gets done right the first time, so new providers start billing without costly delays. And you get transparent reporting, so you always know exactly where your money is and what we're doing to collect it.Who we serveWe work with physician practices across specialties nationwide, with deep experience in behavioral health, psychiatry, physical therapy, and chiropractic billing — specialties where payer rules are complex and denials are common. Our promiseBilling problems are revenue problems. If your practice is writing off denials, watching AR age past 90 days, or losing sleep over credentialing deadlines, those are dollars leaving your practice every month. Medtransic handles the complexity so you never have to think about it.Learn more at medtransic.com or read what our clients say right here on Trustpilot.

Great to hear — thank you. Credentialing for a virtual clinic has its own wrinkles, so we work hard to keep it fast and hassle-free. We're here whenever you need us. Thanks again! — Team Medtransic

Thanks so much for this — and for the recommendation. "Seamless" is the best compliment a credentialing team can get, given how the process usually goes. We're always working to make it smoother. Thanks again! — Team Medtransic
I had a great experience working with Medtransic team, that included Joe ,Kevin and Austin. I have a startup dental office in CA and they helped me get credentialed. Kevin Brown helped in that process all along. He was great at giving updates , at the follow ups that were so frequently needed and to clarify things all along the long process. They were also very reasonably priced. Based on this good experience, I am now inclined to use their services for billing once we are all settled. I highly recommend them.

Thank you, Savneet — this made our team's day. We'll pass your words on to Joe, Kevin, and Austin. Keeping our pricing fair is important to us. We'll be here when you're ready for the billing side too. Thanks again! — Team Medtransic
MedTransic has been an excellent partner for my practice, providing both **credentialing and billing services**. Their team has successfully credentialed several clinicians for us, managing the process from start to finish and even helping resolve licensing hiccups along the way. Their billing team has also been incredibly helpful with claims submission, insurance reimbursement, denials, and the day-to-day complexities of medical billing. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Having one team I can rely on for both credentialing and billing has made growing and managing my practice significantly easier. I highly recommend MedTransic to healthcare providers and growing practices looking for dependable, comprehensive support.

I’ve been very pleased with the billing support and appreciate having a knowledgeable team helping manage the financial side of my practice. Their business consulting has also been valuable as I continue building insurance contracts and strengthening my overall practice operations. Overall, I’m happy with the support I’ve received and appreciate having MedTransic as a resource as my practice continues to grow.
