A computer generated mistake
I am extremely disappointed in the SWORD Thrive program. I tried to join this program without success. After answering the questions online I then called because some of the questions were not revenant. I answered all the questions that Emily (a computer generated assistant) asked. I was given an appointment (which was supposed to be to be over the phone). I never received that phone call. I then called MM and again got the computer. After being unable to help me I got a human ( not much better). I was told that I didn’t complete their forms and they only help problems listed on their survey questionnaire. What good is a physical therapist that has to be referred by an incompetent computer.
