MediuswareReviews of mediusware.com

All the Very Best to anyone trusting a company run by a 36-year-old "master of every degree known to mankind" whose entire executive strategy is copy-pasting whatever ChatGPT tells him to do. If it makes a quick buck, logic goes completely out the window. Good luck, you're gonna need it!

We engaged Mediusware Ltd. for a software development project related to an ERP system. Our experience was challenging. The written agreement included a defined delivery timeline and a maximum project cost. In our case, the project was not delivered within the agreed timeframe, and we did not formally accept a completed product that met the expected specifications. Following the initial development period, the engagement continued with ongoing fixes and unclear deliverables. Due to concerns about software quality, scope clarity, and completion, we decided to discontinue the project. After termination, the company claimed additional amounts significantly exceeding what we understand to be supported by the original agreement. This matter is currently disputed and has escalated to third-party collection efforts. This review reflects our direct experience. I would strongly recommend that future clients ensure all deliverables, acceptance criteria, timelines, and any scope changes are clearly defined and documented in writing before proceeding.

My experience has been 100% positive. The team is knowledgeable, dedicated, and understands the latest in technology. This is truly the best company I have worked with in software! I recommend them to anyone.

I'm a client for the past two years. This company was instrumental in my business success from the very beginning to now. From enhancing my vision to fully executing my application the actual process was flawless.

We had a large development project that previous developers had failed to deliver. After realizing that the work was incomplete, we contacted Mediusware, and have since then given them multiple development projects, both front-end and back-end. For some of the projects we also used their UX services - this is a rare feature for development agencies outside the USA and Europe. Unlike many developer groups, Mediusware is transparent. We asked them to give daily, "executive friendly" summaries of coding work, and they did. When they encountered problems, they contacted us rather than just "going ahead" with an idea. Pricing was very reasonable - the most "bang for the buck" of any developer group that we have hired. Like any big project, there have been some minor issues, but the overall work has been professional, transparent, and friendly.

Working with Mediusware has been a wonderful experience. They are extremely professional and responsive software developers, that have a wide area of expertise, and understand the importance of a well-defined CI/CD process. They provide daily feedback to us and ensure progress is consistently being made on our project. It is always a joy working with their developers to produce code that meets our ever-growing needs - their eagerness and professionalism truly stands out.
