I have used MDLIVE twice and both times I received a prompt response and the doctors prescribed the correct medication for the illness called about. I highly recommend.

The entire call was less than 5 minutes. I knew what the problem was and just needed a quick prescription—I submitted the pictures so it could be done via phone without video. It felt a little brisk and rushed, but it was simple and easy.

Had phone appointment at 8:00 a.m., but doctor had not yet phoned in the prescription by 1:00 p.m., so I call for follow up. Follow-up service was fantastic! I got a call back in ~10 minutes and a complete resolution, including a confirmation from the pharmacy, in under 30 minutes.

A little more expensive than I would have liked. Teledoc was only $25 and this one is $42. Other than that the doctor called within 5 minutes of me scheduling my appointment. Very professional and knowledgeable doctor. Prescribed the antibiotics that I needed, delivered it to my Pharmacy, and I was able to pick it up the same day. Very pleased with that and that I did not have to wait for my primary care physician to have an opening available and I did not have to pay the extra money to go to an urgent care. Thank you mdlive.

Dr. on other end had strong accent. Asked him to repeat a couple of times. Otherwise loved the prompt courteous response.

There is nothing that replaces a human to human experience. But for non life threatening things, this is a great tool.

Very easy to use was promptly called by a physician. Downfall is having to create a whole separate account for dependants such as kids. I wish there was an option to use under primary
