The service was very easy to use and schedule. The doctor came on within 5 minutes and I received a text prior to letting me know he was ready and waiting. I know my concern was pretty simply and required minimal questions but I did feel a bit rushed but overall got the treatment I needed.

Quick service at a great price. What a great benefit! Only feedback I have is regarding my specific aliment. Come to find out it's highly contagious and my household should have been treated as well. Knowing that information would have been helpful. Five stars would have been understanding what needed to be done to protect me and my family.

I have used MDLive before with and have always had great experiences. This time the Dr. was great and the wait time was less than 15 minutes. However, when I got to the pharmacy, they said they could not fill my prescriptions because the prescriber was not in the system. After about an hour, they were finally filled but it was a hassle.

once i figured out where to create an account and got logged in, it was a breeze (between the website and the app,,,,shouldn't be so many places to sign in, log in, or make an account) doctor was cool, quick, and efficient picked up prescription 40 minutes later

I have used this as an adult and loved the ease and how nice and fast I was able to get medical care help. With my child though, total waste of money. Doctor I talked to was awesome, but he wasn't comfortable giving medication for her uti. Ended up going to the er within minutes of talking to him and got her some relief.

However, our doctors do not take the decision to prescribe antibiotics lightly, as there are risks associated with antibiotic use that need to be carefully considered. Our consultation for my son's earache was brilliant. The doctor asked insightful questions and prescribed medication accordingly. The only reason this is not 5 stars is because the tiny bottle of eardrops and an average corse of antibiotics cost $116 which seemed A LOT to me, but it was too late to know as the meds were called into the pharmacy. Next time I will know to ask how much it will cost.
