Great appointment, were it not for the fact that my Rx never arrived to the pharmacy.

I end in the ER with a lot of pain. The doctor who review my case was nice.

Misdiagnosed. Did have smilar symptoms but was more serious one. More option to see a doctor required. Hope doctor had asked more questions throughly To make sure the patients idea did not mislead to the wrongful diagnosis.

The process was very simple. Logon, answer a few simple questions and wait for the doctor to call you. I talked with the doctor and told her about my issue. She made a suggestion about an OTC med I should take take would help with my congestion and also prescribed a nasal spray. Here's the problem. The nasal spray cost $190! And BCBS would not pay for it. Why didn't the doctor know about this issue? I had to call back and speak to a nurse to correct this problem. The next nasal spray was covered by BCBS and cost $16. I had to wait another day to get this nasal spray.

The medicine prescribed by your specialist was too expensive.

I was so happy to be able to do MD live just wish the dr had been a little more informative on what to do or not do, tell me what he thought I had, asked for pictures...wanted to know if I had sent pictures, had no idea to do.that or how.....now going to dr today....

I had a brief consult with a MDLIVE physician who claimed he was unable to prescribe the medication I needed. I called their help number and asked if I would be charged for the consult, and I was told no, but a few days later the $55 charge appeared on my CC account. I called two more times over the next few weeks and each time I was assured that the charge would be credited but nearly two months later, the charge was still on my account. I have since disputed the charge with my CC company but I expect MDLIVE will find some way to justify billing me and keep my money. Update: I finally received the credit I was promised. I'm not sure if they're just really slow issuing credits or if the dispute I filed with my credit card company got the job done but the matter is settled now. It's unfortunate that I had to fight so hard to get satisfaction though. I had high hopes for this service but after this experience, I'll probably avoid using it. Live and learn I guess...

I was happy to be connected with someone quickly. She was friendly and professional. The reason for my diminished review stems from some kind of glitch in the system related to sending prescriptions to the pharmacy you have contracted with. The first time this happened, the pharmacy was unable to reach the doctor to clarify his instructions which caused a three day delay. This time the pharmacy did not receive the prescription at all from the doctor and I had to call in to MDLive to speak with a representative which took quite a while to find the phone number. The site also did not work as it did not offer either historical appointment so I couldn't view previous "recorded" visits. Did I ultimately get my prescriptions? Yes. Was it a pain? Yes.
