And the live was quick pretty efficient and it did what I need to get done and it didn't cost me anything at the doctor's office which would have been today for my appointment! I will use it again if I get sick

Service was great easy and convenient. Only had an issue getting my prescription to my pharmacy. It took several attempts and a few hours. Not sure if problem was on doctors end or CVS.

Usually very good. However if they cannot do anything I don’t believe there should be a charge.

The visit was less than 3 minutes. Getting through to talk to a doctor however. 20 minutes of questions.

The appointment happened within 15 minutes of my request and the doctor confirmed that I had an unresolved bladder infection and needed a prescription. He indicated it would be sent to the pharmacy right away. Up to this point the rating would have been a 5. My call with the doctor was mid morning. I checked with the pharmacy mid afternoon and they had still not heard from the doctor. I had to call back to MD live and get a nurse to track down the prescription. So while the appointment scheduling and diagnosis time was great; the follow through was problematic. Still, I would use the service again versus trucking across town for the same diagnosis if I could get into the doctor at all .

It was quick and a good experience. Wait time was minimal and I was able to get an MD's opinion about my health issue. I feel comfortable using MD live when I am not sure if a trip to the doctor is actually needed.

My health care insurance provider suggested I try MDLive...so I did. They had good advise for my injury which I ended up going to the ER to have them deal with it but the doctor seemed knowledgeable and based on the treatment I received later at the ER their advice was solid. For an illness I wouldn't hesitate to try this again.
