I love the ease of this for situations like this - I am sick and my primary cannot get me in for days. However, they only prescribe amoxicillin which does not work for me and I have told them this.

I love that I dont need to leave work or wait around a waiting room with sick people. This is super convenient. I would like to be able to choose my own username, rather than have one with random numbers assigned to me that is hard to remember. I would also like to be able to change a scheduled visit from phone to video and vice versa after its scheduled. I would like to be able to delete medications from the app if I am not taking them anymore.

Your service was so helpful. I had been sick for two days and could not get in to the doctor, because he was full. The doctor of MDLive listened to and my problem and his help got me back to work. I still had a doctor appointment, but it was just nice to find help in the time of need.

I have enjoyed it for the most part. I can't do video conference but phone and photo attachments work. I don't have vast experience....only used 2 or 3 times. But the quality of provider is "mixed". Some were outstanding but others only so so. I do not appreciate condescension whether I'm on the phone or face to face.
