I was on an extended vacation when I developed a UTI. I considered going to the clinic but knew my insurance wouldn't cover the cost. My insurance plan does cover MDLive so I registered with them and a doctor called exactly when I set the appointment. He concurred with what I thought I had and sent the script to the pharmacy I had listed when I registered while I was still on the phone with him. I had an issue with the pharmacy who said they didn't receive the script even though I had received a text from MDLive saying they sent it. I called customer service at MDLive, the script was sent again. I ended up calling the pharmacy hours later and they had received my script but hadn't filled it. I received a call from MDLive that afternoon saying they had called the pharmacy to check on my meds and she couldn't believe I still didn't have my meds. I told her I was going to pick them up the next day. The pharmacy was totally inept but MDLive was wonderful. I would use them again.

I like this service very much. The only issue I have is that the physician does not know me, and may not be able to get detailed records about me. Most of the times that I was given a medication, when I finished with the medication, I had to see my PCP. The Antibiotic given, was not strong enough, and I had to do another medication for 7-10 days. This doesn't really bother me, but I am putting a great deal of Antibiotic's in my body, and from what I understand, this is not good for a body.

This is a fantastic service, I've used it for many different health reasons. I dont care for all the emails and notifications it does for each appointment. I feel like it's an overload of texts and emails for reminders. If that was a little bit better I would give it 5 stars.

Everything is great! Super convenient. My only issue would be having to go through the set up process for each family member. Other than that , awesome!

I have used mdlive two times and I've been very satisfied I had two phone consultations And the doctors definitely called me back within a 20 minute time frame; after initial appointment setting. My prescriptions were called in within the hour. I like the service!

Good overall experience. Software is a bit glitchy but the treatment worked.
